In these winter months, why not give your hands and scissors a workout. In this layout Sam has creatively used penwork, scissors and gems to make her page look awesome. There is little animals and butterflies hand drawn and stamped then cut out to make the page look like a magical garden. All the circles for the tree, the clouds and grass, large scallop circle and smaller inner circle are all hand drawn and cut out. The penwork on the title enchances the white letters and makes them stand out more. The photo is also another cool idea, by cutting out the people in the photo and then making them fit into to the theme of the page. It hasn't been stuck down but a piece of card folded in half to make the photo look as if it is popping out of the page. Foam mounting tape is used to add more dimension.
Here's some close ups of the work that went into the layout;

Layout share by Chrissy;
This layout was made using the new Kaiser Duchess range. The papers are vintage looking with blues and browns. I have used a piece that had a large bracket shaped die-cut and cut it out. The piece was cut into two with a small piece showing the reverse side of the paper. The die-cut elements were also used that match the Duchess paper range. Photos matted in Swissdot cardstock. Middle piece of paper is the reverse side of the family tree papers and has been ripped along the bottom. The letters are from Rosemoka; brown letters. The title has been distressed with sandpaper.The sub title of the date has no distressing and the letters are left. Journalling done on the die-cuts around the date. Thick piece of vintage ribbon tied into a knot with two pins pushed through it. Two crocheted flowers are in the bottom corner with little plastic roses as the centres. Just use up bits and pieces from your stash. Find things that go with the theme your creating and stick them on.
Heres some close ups;
Sarah has been busy creating new stamps! Here are just a few of them . . . there are more new designs in store.
We have a set devoted to Dad . . . great for Father's Day cards.
We always need more birds! Those wing could be cut out and raised on pop dots.
The large dot background (I believe) was Donna's idea! That would make a fun stamped background for cards or scrapbooking.
I'll leave you with a couple of cards created using the first set.
